Perth Theatre Trust

The Perth Theatre Trust was established and constituted under the Perth Theatre Trust Act 1979 to manage and operate theatres vested in or leased to or under its control. The Trust is responsible for the operation of a number of performing arts venues in Perth and for the management of BOCS Ticketing and Marketing. The Trust also participates in presenting or co-production of events in its theatres and provides a range of theatre-related services to customers and hirers.

The venues currently under the control of the Perth Theatre Trust are:

The Perth Theatre Trust will be responsible for the management of the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, which is currently being constructed on the corner of Roe and William Streets.

The day to day operations of the four major performing arts venues – His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Playhouse Theatre and Subiaco Arts Centre are managed AEG Ogden (Perth) operating as the agent for the Trust. The Trust’s role is one of managing the contract and monitoring performance and compliance in accordance with contract requirements, including the agreed service levels.
