    Facilities for People With Disabilities

    The management of Perth Concert Hall endeavours to accommodate patrons with disabilities whenever possible. However, due to the production requirements of some events, these special facilities can sometimes become limited.

    We therefore recommend that all patrons with special requirements state their needs at the time of booking tickets. It may be useful also to call the venue during normal business hours prior to your attendance on 9231 9900.

    Our usual facilities include:

    • Universal access available via the ramp at the St Georges Terrace entrance
    • Universal accessible toilet available on the ground floor of the venue
    • Lift access to foyers is available from top level of the No 7 car park
    • Special allocated seating in the auditorium
    • A hearing induction loop operating N6:35 to X6:35 in the stalls area
    • ACROD parking available in the City of Perth No 7 car park on Terrace Road (river front)

    Parking & Access PCH

    Undercover parking for 410 cars is available in the bi-level Carpark No. 7 at Perth Concert Hall. Street entry is from Terrace Road (river front).

    Lift access to the venue foyer is available from the second level in Carpark No 7.

    Open air parking for 843 vehicles is available adjacent to Perth Concert Hall on Terrace Road (river front).

    Transport

    Perth Concert Hall is located on the main Perth city bus route of St Georges Terrace, with the northern and southern sides of the Terrace linked by a pedestrian underpass. Bus stands nearest the Perth Concert Hall are: 37, 39, 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48

    The free Central Area Transport RED CAT route includes a stop near the Perth Concert Hall at Victoria Avenue. The RED CAT operates every five minutes from 6.40am - 6:20pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), and hourly on the weekends between 8.30am and 5pm.

    Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break during the performance.

    Mobile telephones and electronic devices are to be turned off during the performance.

    Cameras, video cameras and tape recorders will not be permitted without the consent of the promoter.
